Our Delphi test is a tool designed for users to self-evaluate their strengths. It can be used as a basis for a CV or interview preparation, as well as a general tool to gauge a candidate’s readiness to enter the job market. It is divided into sections: Abilities, Transferable Skills, Experience, Evidence and Identification. Candidates are asked to evaluate to what extent they agree or disagree with each statement on a scale of 1-10 in order to more accurately pinpoint the stage of preparedness they are currently at. The final goal is to prepare candidates to gain certification for informal and non-formal skills so that future employers or clients recognise the candidate’s achievements in a more holistic sense.
